I'm Carol

NaturalmenteCarol is a space to share what I have learned about healing, nutrition and balance - after years of dealing with hormonal challenges, early menopause and emotional ups and downs since the age of 17.

I took charge of my health, studied hormonal wellness, became certified as a health coach and in somatic breathing, and completely transformed my life through mindful eating, plant-based nutrition and daily rituals.

Now, at almost 40 years old, I accompany other women who are living what I lived - with love, practical tools, delicious recipes and heartfelt conversations. Whether you're here to support your hormonal health, learn breathing techniques or fall back in love with food...you're in the right place.
