MEET YOUR COACH

I am a certified somatic breathing coach, but before accompanying other women on their journey, this practice transformed me.

For many years I lived disconnected from my body, dealing with anxiety, sadness and a deep emptiness caused by an ovarian condition that did not allow me to have children. I felt that something inside me was blocked. It was through somatic breathing that I began to release trapped emotions, heal wounds I didn't know were still open and, above all, reconnect with myself from a place of love and acceptance.

"Soma" means body, and somatic breathing is just that: returning to the body to calm the nervous system, release emotional burdens and awaken a vital energy that is often dormant due to accumulated stress and pain.

Today I wake up with more clarity, tranquility and purpose. And my mission is to help you live the same: reconnect with your body, your energy and your inner peace through breathing, meditation and practices that transform from the inside out.
