MEET YOUR COACH
I am a certified integrative health coach, transformational breathing coach and cook specializing in plant-based nutrition. I share natural solutions that have helped me regain control of my health and wellness.
To reconnect with my health, I went back to my body and to nature. The answers are not the same for everyone. I was born with an ovarian condition that I discovered when I experienced symptoms of early menopause. After receiving intensive hormone treatment, my body changed drastically at the age of 17. I immersed myself in the study of hormonal disorders, which led me to where I am today.
I trained as a health coach, studied herbalism and made it my mission to share resources that help people find the right tools to support their path to holistic health and nutrition. By asking the hard questions, we discover answers that have always been within our reach.
