ChocoBanana + peanut butter bites
These bites combine ripe banana slices with creamy peanut butter, freeze as small "sandwiches" and then dip in melted vegan dark chocolate. A simple bain-marie technique and quick freezing transform everyday ingredients into an indulgent yet nutritious snack.

🛒 Ingredients
1 ripe banana
½ cup vegan dark chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of water
½ cup of creamy peanut butter
👩🍳 Procedure
Prepare the banana sandwiches
Cut the banana into slices about ½ cm thick. Spread peanut butter on half of the slices and top with the other slices to form mini "sandwiches".Freeze
Place banana sandwiches on a tray and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.Melt the chocolate
Place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (bain-marie). Add the chocolate chips and water, stirring constantly until the chocolate is smooth and shiny. Remove from heat.Dip
Quickly insert a toothpick into each frozen sandwich or use a fork to hold them and dip them halfway - or completely - into the melted chocolate.Let cool
Place the dipped morsels on a tray lined with parchment paper. Return them to the freezer until the chocolate is completely firm, about 10-15 minutes.Serve or store
