Mean Prep shakes


Prepare six different fruit and leafy green mixes ahead of time and store them in the freezer. Each pack combines vibrant ingredients - like tropical fruits, berries, leafy greens and creamy avocado - with optional extras like superfoods, protein and natural sweeteners. In the morning, just mix a pack with water, coconut water, plant-based milk or orange juice... and enjoy an easy, nutritious and energizing breakfast!


Times:

  • Preparation: 15 min

  • Freezing: 1 hour

  • Total: 1 hour and 15 minutes

  • Yield: 12 shakes (1 pack per 2 shakes)


🛒 Ingredients

  • Prepare six bags (packs) to freeze, each one yields two shakes.

    1. Strawberry-Pineapple-Green:

    • 1 cup frozen strawberries

    • 1 cup frozen pineapple

    • 1 cup fresh spinach

    • ½ avocado

    1. Banana-Berries-Tropical:

    • 1 banana

    • 1 cup frozen strawberries

    • 1 cup frozen mango

    • 1 cup frozen pineapple

    1. Blueberry Green:

    • 2 cups fresh spinach

    • 1 cup of frozen blueberries

    • 1 banana

    1. Banana-Pineapple-Mango-Spinach:

    • 1 banana

    • 1 cup frozen pineapple

    • 1 cup frozen mango

    • 1 cup fresh spinach

    1. Tropical Papaya:

    • 1 cup frozen pineapple

    • 1 cup frozen papaya

    • 1 cup frozen mango

    1. Pineapple-Mango-Spinach:

    • 1 cup frozen pineapple

    • 1 cup frozen mango

    • 1 cup fresh spinach

    Optional extras (to taste):

    • 1-2 tablespoons of superfoods or vegetable protein

    • 1 teaspoon spirulina

    • 1-2 Medjool dates or 1-2 tablespoons of honey, agave or maple


👩‍🍳 Procedure

  1. Divide and pack:
    Place the ingredients for each mix into six individual labeled bags or containers. Also add optional extras if desired.

  2. Sealing and freezing:
    Remove air from bags, seal tightly and freeze flat.

  3. Blend when serving:
    When you go to prepare it, pour the contents of one packet into the blender. Add 1 to 1½ cups of the liquid of your choice (water, coconut water, vegetable milk or orange juice).

  4. Process:
    Blend on high speed until smooth, adjusting liquid to desired consistency.

  5. Enjoy:
    Serve in a glass and drink immediately for a quick, nutritious and delicious breakfast.
